Welcome to DealGrab, a marketplace connecting customers with
vendors offering exclusive deals on products and services. By
accessing or using our platform dealgrab.store, you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
(collectively, the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not
use DealGrab.
1. Definitions
Platform: DealGrab, including its website, mobile apps, and
related services.
User: Any individual or entity registered on the Platform,
including Customers and Vendors.
Customer: A User who browses, purchases, or reviews deals.
Vendor: A User who posts deals for sale on the Platform.
Deal: A product or service offered by a Vendor on the Platform.
Content: Any text, images, reviews, or other material posted by
Users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent
to use the Platform. You must provide accurate and complete
information during registration, including name, email, phone
number, and user type (Customer or Vendor). Accounts are
non-transferable and may not be shared.
3. Account Responsibilities
Registration: You agree to provide truthful information and
maintain the accuracy of your account details. DealGrab uses
secure authentication services to manage your account.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account
credentials. Notify us immediately at dealgrab24@gmail.com if you
suspect unauthorized access.
Vendor Accounts: Vendors must provide additional
verification (e.g., phone number) and comply with commission
payment obligations to maintain active status.
4. Platform Usage
4.1 General Rules
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with
these Terms. Do not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the
Platform’s functionality, including its account management or
mapping features. Respect intellectual property rights, including
those of DealGrab, Vendors, and third parties.
4.2 Customer Responsibilities
Browsing and Purchasing: Customers may browse deals, add
them to their cart, and complete purchases via the Platform’s
checkout process.
Payments: All payments are processed securely outside
DealGrab Store. Customers agree to pay the listed price in red,
which includes a 1.52% commission to allow vendors to offer high
discounts of 10%+ and any applicable delivery fees.
Reviews: Customers may submit reviews (ratings and
comments) for purchased deals. Reviews must be honest, relevant,
and comply with Community Guidelines.
4.3 Vendor Responsibilities
Posting Deals: Vendors must post accurate deal information,
including title, price, category, location, and images. Deals must
be lawful, available, and fulfillable.
Images: Vendors are responsible for ensuring images
uploaded to our secure storage are original or licensed for
use.
Fulfillment: Vendors must fulfill orders promptly and
communicate with Customers via provided contact methods (e.g.,
provided communication links).
Commissions: Vendors agree to remit a 1.52% commission per
order and a ZMW 50 fee for promoted deals. Commissions must be
settled within 24 hours to avoid account suspension.
Deal Management: Vendors may edit or delete unclaimed deals
but must honor orders for claimed deals.
5. Community Guidelines
DealGrab is a community-driven platform. To ensure a positive
experience, all Users must follow these guidelines:
5.1 Respectful Conduct
Treat all Users with respect. Do not engage in harassment,
discrimination, or abusive behavior based on race, gender,
religion, nationality, disability, or any other protected
characteristic. Do not post offensive, defamatory, or obscene
Content, including in deal descriptions, reviews, or
communications.
5.2 Honest Interactions
Deals: Vendors must accurately represent their products or
services. False or misleading claims may result in deal removal or
account suspension.
Reviews: Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake or
incentivized reviews are prohibited.
Analytics: Do not manipulate analytics (e.g., artificial
clicks or views) to boost deal visibility.
5.3 Safe Transactions
Complete all transactions off the Platform’s by asking the vendor
their prefered method of payment. Use provided communication tools
(e.g., provided communication links) for order-related discussions
to ensure transparency.
5.4 Content Standards
All Content must be lawful, non-infringing, and appropriate for
all audiences. Prohibited Content includes:
Illegal goods or services.
Explicit or violent material.
Spam or unsolicited promotions.
DealGrab reserves the right to remove Content that violates these
guidelines.
6. Payments and Commissions
Customer Payments: Customers pay for deals at checkout,
including deal price, delivery fees (if applicable), and a 1.52%
platform commission. Please keep a copy of payment proof.
Vendor Payouts: Vendors receive full payments with
commissions and fees.
Commission Obligations: Vendors must remit commissions
within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in account suspension
until payment is made.
Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Customers may request refunds for unfulfilled orders, and Vendors
must comply with refund decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
DealGrab Content: The Platform, including its design and
branding, is owned by DealGrab or its licensors. You may not copy,
modify, or distribute Platform content without permission.
User Content: You retain ownership of your Content but
grant DealGrab a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use,
display, and store it for Platform operations (e.g., displaying
deal images or reviews).
Infringement: Do not post Content that infringes
third-party rights. Report suspected infringement to
dealgrab24@gmail.com.
8. Privacy and Data
Data Collection: DealGrab collects personal information
(e.g., name, email, phone, location) as described in our Privacy
Policy, available at [insert link].
Analytics: We track user actions (e.g., sign-ups,
purchases, shares) to improve the Platform. This data is stored
securely in our systems.
Location Data: Location data used for deal posting and
browsing is processed through our mapping features. You may
disable location access in your browser or device settings.
Data Security: We use industry-standard measures to protect
your data. Users are responsible for maintaining account
security.
9. Dispute Resolution
Customer-Vendor Disputes: Disputes over orders (e.g.,
non-delivery, defective products) should be resolved directly
between Customers and Vendors using off-platform communication
tools. DealGrab may mediate if needed.
Platform Disputes: For disputes with DealGrab, contact
dealgrab24@gmail.com. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by
the laws of Zambia and resolved in Zambian courts.
Escalation: DealGrab may suspend accounts or remove Content
pending dispute resolution.
10. Termination and Suspension
User Termination: You may delete your account by contacting
dealgrab24@gmail.com. Account deletion removes personal data per
our Privacy Policy, except where required by law.
DealGrab Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts
for:
Violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines.
Failure to pay commissions (Vendors).
Fraudulent or illegal activity.
Inactivity for 12 months.
Suspended Vendors cannot post or edit deals until compliance is
restored.
11. Limitation of Liability
DealGrab provides the Platform “as is” and does not guarantee
uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for:
Losses from User interactions (e.g., unfulfilled orders).
Inaccuracies in deal or Vendor information.
Issues with third-party services used to operate the Platform.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the
Platform in the past 12 months.
12. Modifications to Terms
DealGrab may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be
posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued
use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check regularly for
updates.
13. Miscellaneous
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Zambian law.
Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining
provisions remain enforceable.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire
agreement between you and DealGrab.

14. Community Guidelines Enforcement
Reporting Violations: Report guideline violations via the
Platform’s reporting feature or dealgrab24@gmail.com.
Consequences: Violations may result in:
Content removal.
Account warnings, suspension, or termination.
Referral to law enforcement for illegal activity.
Appeals: To appeal a suspension or Content removal, email
dealgrab24@gmail.com within 7 days with supporting evidence.
Acknowledgment
By using DealGrab Store, you confirm you have read, understood,
and agree to these Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
